Worksheet 6 - Image

Here's the survey that we've planned to let the sportsmen take. They've to do it by heart and honestly and no plagiarism. :)
After the survey, we would roughly know what type of sportsmen will be coming to Singapore and what type of program will they like, some cool and boastful events, or whatever.

Anyway i couldn't use Grab to take the doc as the grab formats were in .TIFF format and the blogger don't allow it. LIKE DAMN :(
